Vietnam Memorial Clock Tower is located on Sunthon Wichit Road along the banks of the Mekong River, Nai Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang Nakhon Phanom District It is another symbol of Nakhon Phanom that stands out and is elegant. The building was painted in an eye-catching light pink. If anyone comes to Nakhon Phanom city, you must not miss it. This clock tower was built by Vietnamese who lived in Nakhon Phanom Province, as a souvenir before moving back to Vietnam following Ho Chi Minh after winning the domestic war; when France was defeated in the Dien Bien Phu War. Vietnamese exiles come to live in Nakhon Phanom together, and the clock tower was built to commemorate the goodwill of Thai people.
